Apparently they’ve done a temporary Microsoft on the replacement of Rock Band parts after warranty expiration.

Great, gotta send the effin’ Strat back just one more time. Oh, and I’ll finally get a non-broken drum pedal. Sweet.

If only I’d thought to mention that in the thread about Rock Band hardware failures!

I don’t know these songs. There are several Motley Crue songs I would download, but not that one. I’d love Shout at the Devil or Looks that Kill. As for Papa Roach, Last Resort is a good song, IMO, but I don’t know anything else about them. Never heard of Trapt or Vesuvius.

The DLC has been crummy over about the last month IMO.

If only we hadn’t kinda sorta agreed to just use this thread from now on!

Well you’ve certainly kinda sorta got a point, so congrats on that.

What you mean we, white man?

FINALLY!

Well, sort of

The story also confirms that that missing master tracks are the cause of the delay for Who’s Next. Hey, I’ll take what I can get!

It’s $2 a la carte or $20 for all 12. I have a feeling I’ll be springing for them all.

fucking SWEET!

And here’s the list:

The Best of The Who Rock Band Edition (1600 MS points / $20) – All songs are also sold individually (160 MS Points / $2)
[ul]
[li]“Amazing Journey”[/li][li]“Baba O’Riley”[/li][li]“Behind Blue Eyes”[/li][li]“Eminence Front”[/li][li]“Going Mobile”[/li][li]“Leaving Here”[/li][li]“My Generation” (LIVE)[/li][li]“Real Good Looking Boy”[/li][li]“Sea & Sand”[/li][li]“Summertime Blues” (LIVE)[/li][li]“Who Are You”[/li][li]“Young Man Blues” (LIVE)[/li][/quote]
[/ul]Not a bad list, though I’d say calling this a “Best of” is a bit of a stretch. I’m sure we’ll be seeing a “Pinball Wizard” or a “Love, Reign O’er Me” on the RB2 disc.

And “My Generation…Live?” At Leeds?

Yes yes yes!!! Behind Blue Eyes is pretty much the only Who song I want. I was afraid it might not be on there and I’d have to wait for Who’s Next. Fantastic news. Thanks!

Edit: I’d also love “We’re Not Gonna Take It”, mainly for the ending.

“Sea & Sand”

Probably only Naked Eye would have made me happier.

I’ll surely buy Behind Blue Eyes.

Eminence Front? Wow, so awesome.

So, how they make clean tracks out of the Live versions?

This was obviously done to sell more equipment. I’m totally smashing my guitar and blowing up my drums at the end of My Generation.

Isn’t that like 15 minutes long?

This will be Epic.

Baba O’ Riley? That’s the best news.

Exactly. Which makes me think (fear?) it’s a newer recording.
