As someone who hasn’t followed any of the bands in RB or GH, what would be the difference between the master version and cover version of Tom Sawyer? I enjoyed the cover one and I might pick up the master version as well.

The drum sound on the cover is terrible. And the cover singers are rarely good.

Personally, i can’t wait to play Witch Hunt. One of my all time favourite tracks. Not the most complex one, but one with feeling :)

The Nevermind release was apparently nothing more than a rumor. Harmonix debunked the rumor a while back. To hammer the nail in the coffin a little more… Drain You is going to be in RB2 which probably would not have happened if they were planning to release it as an album any time soon.

They dont seem averse to releasing songs as DLC that were on the disc.

With the total number of on-disc and DLC songs so far (255 by my count), perhaps they tripped over an unexpected 8-bit counter/index/whatever problem of some sort and need to hurry out a patch, or didn’t quite have it ready in time…

Has this ever happened before when releasing album DLC? Checking the Rock Band forums there doesn’t seem to be any update since that first one. I guess I’ll have to kill two birds with one stone and download some of this tomorrow with Castle Crashers.

I don’t think this has happened with any of their DLC, period. I think this is the first time they’ve gone a Tuesday without new stuff.

Which is actually really impressive when you think about it.
