Samsung RMA

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to best RMA a defective Samsung NVME drive in North American (Canada specifically)?

So far their support has just been completely abysmal. I already registered the device online and it is in warranty.

There is no support.

Both times friend has done it they just got begrudging cash settlements for original purchase price. Originally purchased from Amazon, FBA Amazon. Let me ask them again. I remember no support offered or given, just “where do we send the money”
