Also, “whore” in this political thread is accurate, but not in the way of a female whore, but of a media whore. She sells a book she didn’t write. She goes on a bus tour she can’t finish (and probably signs and sells her book along the way). She gets paid to “contribute” her horse shit opinions to millions of viewers of FOX.

Asking when she’s going to do a spread for Maxim is as much a jab at the way she’s going to make money as it is a compliment to her attractiveness, one which Tom used to hilarious comedic effect considering his crush on her, IMO… even though I was then crass about it because hey, that’s what Pogo sorta does sometimes.

It’s possible that I was disgusted more than usual, as I read the comment after I watched the documentary “Sex Crimes Unit,” which followed some cases, one of which was a woman who was a prostitute who had been raped, where the rapist told her that, since she was a whore, nobody gave a shit if she was raped.

And the initial cop on the case didn’t, but the sex crimes unit did, and the guy was eventually found guilty.

So my point was, just because a woman puts herself out there (wether it be a whore, an actress, or a stupid attention whoring moron like Palin,) doesn’t mean it should be assumed they’re a whore in every aspect of their life.

I still don’t believe that she is seriously taking a run at the presidency. All of this nonsense appears to be to generate media buzz to keep her in the spotlight so that she can continue to make money from her fame in any which way possible.

My guess is the attention for her bus tour started to wane and since that’s what she is all about, getting attention, she got bored with it all.

Because I would derive great satisfaction in the seeing Palin and the Tea Party lead the Republican party to catastrophe. It would break their influence for coming elections, and I regard that as not just a good thing for Democrats, but a good thing for America.
