No really, someone posted an online dictionary reference indicating that yes, it was racist, just like I had. I should have carefully read the thread for previous instances of people refuting you and you ignoring it; lesson learned.

You win, Jason. And I would have gotten away with it if it hadn’t been for you meddling kids!

Yeah, she is the new hotness and all that but there seems to be an obsessiveness to the coverage. It will be interesting to see what is being talked about a month from now in the election.

Apparently the top story of NBC Nightly News tonight is what Palin has lied about.

Wait… that implies there is something she hasn’t lied about. Her name? (maybe?)

The thing that disturbs me (okay, of a zillion things about her), is that she is doing all the talking. Spouting the same lies over and over, but still the one talking. Who’s running again?

I thought the complaint was that she wasn’t talking enough. Did someone switch up the talking points? I did not get a new fax or email.

Well, I hope NBC calls her out on her “earmark-fighting reformer” image: in her stump speech she says that she said “no thanks” on the infamous “bridge to nowhere” but that only happened when it was clear it wasn’t going to happen, so she made a virtue out of a necessity. Before Congress had pretty much killed it, she was all for that bridge.

Oh, snap! Feigned ignorance in a political discussion, if I didn’t know better I would have thought you sucked that whimsical nugget directly from the cock of Giuliani himself.

I heard she didn’t even give the money back.

Sarah Palin Sarah Palin Sarah Palin!

Too much Sarah Palin (the letters of said name, BTW, can be rearranged as “his anal rap”, which is totally meaningless) makes me cranky, too.

Pffft. Who can believe them? They are bias.

Friggin’ nasal-faced moose-killer…and potential nerf-herder!

For a stand-up comedian, you’re a pretty good lawyer.

I think it’s okay for Palin to do most of the talking right now, since Obama’s talking more about her these days than he is about McCain (or himself, but who can blame him?).

The difference with Palin is that McCain could die. He was a POW, you know.

Palin is a Terminator? I knew it!

So hypothetical scenario. Hillary wins primary, Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton say that the Democratic party is Racist. Obama makes nice but has no hope for the vice presidential bid because he resorted to vicious negative campaigning at the end after he had no hope at losing. McCain picks Clarence Thomas as his running mate who excites the black community by saying he’s been against affirmative action and may in fact be in favor of government subsidy of a “back to Africa” movement.

Do black voters call Hillary a racist and switch to McCain?

Some of the moderates who don’t have a strong opinion about Affirmative Action probably do.

I can’t keep up with all these euphamisms for racism.

N.Y. Governor Says Palin’s Repeated Use Of ‘Community Organizer’ Is Another Way Of Saying ‘Black’

My favorite part is when politicians won’t actually come out and state something, but express how they are “deeply disturbed” at it. I get the feeling these guys walk around with GI tract problems all the time.

Yes I suppose stupidity is an equal opportunity employer.

So the Alaskan national guard general, the guy who said Palin plays no role in defense and isn’t briefed, ends up vouching for Palin’s military leadership. Three days later Palin promotes him?
