Friends of Trump who are pardoned cannot plead the Fifth when they are questioned about Trump.
He failed to disclose it on his security clearance forms. This appears to demonstrate that it wasn’t an accidental oversight. At the very least it’s perjuring a security clearance form, which can carry 5 years in jail and is a felony.
