And that is just one example of how this meeting seems to affect the campaigns public statements, many of them from the candidate himself. It seems to rebut the 3 attendees statements that they didn’t talk to DT about the meeting because there was nothing in it, if the campaign immediately started to include the anticipated fruits of the meeting into their campaign plan and messaging.

Anyway, there is a lot of ways that Trump gets his weird views on the world.

This clip from CNN going over the emails seems to indicate Jr had a phone call with Emin prior to the meeting. Haven’t had a chance to go back and look, but interesting if true.
To me, the biggest revelation of that segment was mention of support from the Russian government. The way its worded in the email, it’s support that has been previously established prior to the email.
And the support was casually discussed in the mail by Goldstone, who is a British citizen and apparently(?) not in intelligence; just a message boy. So how many civilians around the world are there in the know on the “Russians’ support for Trump” plans? Can we assume the FBI/Meuller have subpoenaed all this email/call shiznit months ago?

Yup. Pretty much all new to Mueller’s team. Not that they wouldn’t have discovered this stuff soon, but…certainly gives them some help.

There was some stuff online saying the Senate Intel committee knew about the meeting, but not the context since April. If Junior did actually have a phone conversation with Emin prior to the meeting as was being theorized on the Chris Hayes show, then he really better hope the NSA hasn’t found it in their datastore.

Definitely something that should be pursued. I think there was a problem that cropped up due to the star witness dying under really odd circumstances (falling to death while trying to move bath tub through window??).
