Bionic Commando: Rearmed was for fans of the old 2D exploration games. Shadow Complex is for everyone.
I saw the trailer. It looks like it has a silly, expensively told story full of staple banalities, the moral of which appears to be “A man’s gotta find out what’s worth kickin’ ass for”. Will that make me groan and make stupid faces to my monitor?
Meh, I’ll probably pick it up no matter. Looks and sounds great.
I think this has been specified in the other thread, which I suspect is the real Shadow Complex thread, but the story is totally understated. You can easily ignore it. What little bits are there are made charming enough because you’re playing as Nathan Drake from Uncharted.
