Watched this over the past week. The wife kept insisting it had to get better, because Amy Adams.
It didn’t. This may be the worst TV I’ve ever watched all the way through. Excellent acting, but terrible, unbelievable, just flat stupid writing.
Harsh! We watched the first episode and then drifted off to other shows but I always meant to watch this.
It’s been awhile since I saw this but it fueled my belief that HBO gives A level treatment to B-/C+ level material.
