Based on the article itself, he has to take it down because he lacks a necessary permit, not because the contents are an issue. He probably knows this quite well, but (successfully) uses it to get more publicity.
Good on him. And good on him for coming up with this slogan. I think it’s great.
I think it’s quite funny but I’m pretty sure I’ve seen this in the past and it wasn’t this guy who came up with it. I can’t think of where it was before though so I can’t verify and I may certainly be wrong about that.
