I think it looks cool! Anyway, it’s not like an airplane that needs to hit a precise target when it sets its load down. A few meters of lateral shifting is usually fine. (E.g. in the Arctic or rural Africa.) Just don’t try to moor the thing to the top of the Empire State Building!
But, yes, the fact that we can’t mine helium in outer space yet is an issue.

The Alameda County bomb disposal site is outside of Dublin, pretty far from the city of Alameda. They filmed a lot at the old Naval Air Station runway, which is the city of Alameda site you’re thinking of.
