That’s actually a 1972 ashtray fabricated by the Hazel-Atlas Glass Company in Wheeling, West Virginia. So not 1980s.

I remember the coffee stirrers that had the little spoon at the end. They were discontinued. It seems that one spoon full was exactly the right size for a single bag of heroin. Dealers hoarded them for years after. I know this because I knew a few dealers back in the day.
