Yes, I’ve heard this before and that’s how I interpreted his meaning. I hadn’t even thought of the entire mass only holding a small amount of water, but that’s an interesting angle.
Am I too late to chime in that the legend says “fresh water”, which I assume would exclude all the…ya know…oceans?
