I'm getting it for the PS4 and I was able to get 'confirmation' from Activision via Twitter that they'll be offering the Skylanders Dark Edition for the PS4. It's a Gamespot exclusive starter kit. $99 but w/ 5 'Dark' edition figures instead of the usual 3.

I did love sneaking in the Gauntlet reference. To this day it is still verbal short-hand amongst my gamer friends for everything from peril in a video game to an announced dire need of some junk food goodness.
