Skyrim, I believe I complete it but am unsure

I stayed away from the spoiler Skyrim posts so I needed to make this one to ask if I have “completed” the game or not. I’m pretty sure the game doesn’t have an official ending but I think I completed the main quest line, the dragonborn plotline.

My character did not side with either General Tullius’ Legion or Ulric’s Stormcloaks so I did not complete either of those questlines. I did slay Anduin the Dragon in the Valhalla Land of the Heroes, and I returned to Tamriel to see, and leave alone, the dragon Paranexus and his dragon pals while they flew around in circles at the top of Mount Greybeard. The Greybeards mentioned my accomplishments, but General Tullius and Ulfric Stormcloak went back to talks of their war.

Other than wrapping up misc other quests, is that it? If not, no spoilers please. :)

I had a blast, playing a sneaky Khajit archer. Up until the end I traveled without Fast-Travel and found most of my location by stumbling upon them, clearing them out as I found them. I leveled very fast, hitting ~45 before I started any major or Dragonborn quests.

I think that technically speaking, you’ve “beat the game” by defeating Anduin and finishing the Dragonborn questline. As you’ve already discovered, there is no ‘game over, roll credits’.

The Imperial Legion / Stormcloak conflict is certainly a major questline, but it’s not a required quest. It’s up to you at this point whether you want to carry on playing and questing.
