I agree that WoW’s graphics are more appealing, but I don’t think that’s due to the fact that EQ2’s graphics are more “realistic.” I think it’s due to the fact that Blizzard has made use of better artwork.
When it comes to games, usually artwork > technical excellence. And realism doesn’t always equate to aestheticism.

I try to imagine that by game, he means training tool, like FSW, but for an army of doctors.
Its something like that, I think.
I remember seeing an ep of The Screen Savers during their “Robot Week” special. They had a robotic engineer on that had created a robotic face that functioned very closely to what a human face does. He explained that, because it looks so real, but lacks something, it looks very creepy and unsettling.
Or maybe it was because she had loose flaps of skin on the side of her head and she looked more like a beheaded Robocop or something.
