Well you know Netflix is already keeping such a record, so I'd imagine you accepted that trade-off already.
I'd be more worried about it forwarding said history between spouses. ; )
"Netflix Incognito Mode" would be a nice feature though...
I just don't trust Microsoft.
NBA actually errored out the first time I tried to install it, and it took at least an hour to finally install the entire game. Everything else, DR3, KI, Madden, AC: Black Flag were 15-30 minute installs.
Checking your privacy at the door when you go online? I get that. Having an all seeing eye in your living room gathering data even when "powered down?" Not so much.
