Ah yes, the people who sound like that.

At least he didn’t talk to me about fucking football.

I mean, really.

If anyone is in a mood for complete, unadulterated crazy then this twitter thread delivers.

Yeah, no. I’m just going to back away slowly from that thread. Yikes.

Killary must be brought to justice!

Seriously, with all the conflicts of interest with Trump, the Russian stuff, etc., all these people can completely ignore that and instead focus on those damned emails and now Whitewater again?

The evil of Hillary has become the epistemological center of their universe.

The whole point of the hillary bullshit is to distract from Trump’s gross miscarriages of justice.

I’d agree, but I think some of these rabid conservatives would be doing this no matter what. The Tree of Liberty must be watered with Clinton blood.

But not patriots. What, you expect us to die for this freedom thing? Fuck that noise. Maybe the kids of poorer people can do that part.

I remember when shit like this would be a massive scandal.

He belongs to a fringe medical group that thinks it’s immoral to take Medicare or Medicaid. Seriously.

President Trump is making us ill. He’s also driving us crazy.

Since I wrote last week about the possibility that Trump is literally killing me (in the form of high blood pressure), the reaction has been, as the kids say, sick.

From the left came a flood of responses from people experiencing all manner of symptoms, real or imagined, of what I called Trump Hypertensive Unexplained Disorder: Disturbed sleep. Anger. Dread. Weight loss. Overeating. Headaches. Fainting. Irregular heartbeat. Chronic neck pain. Depression. Irritable bowel syndrome. Tightness in the chest. Shortness of breath. Teeth grinding. Stomach ulcer. Indigestion. Shingles. Eye twitching. Nausea. Irritability. High blood sugar. Tinnitus. Reduced immunity. Racing pulse. Shaking limbs. Hair loss. Acid reflux. Deteriorating vision. Stroke.

It was a veritable organ recital.

So basically the plot line of american horror story this year?

#butheremails

We’ve known for over a year now that hypocrisy is not something that Trump supporters care about.

Doesn’t mean we shouldn’t keep pointing it out though.

I’m starting to think they don’t even know about it. They go on and on about Killary because they never get “fair and balanced” news. Their primary sources of information just feed them echo chamber conspiracy bullshit so they never hear the news about Trump.

Mark Zuckerberg could change that if he wanted to. Nope nope.

They know.
They just don’t care. They are hypocrites.

They aren’t good people who are accidentally committing an act of hypocrisy. They are, fundamentally, hypocrites. Nothing they do is based upon sound moral or ethical foundations. They don’t stand for anything.

They are partisan tribalism, distilled to its most ugly purification. That’s literally all they are now.

That’s why pointing out their hypocrisy means nothing to them. It’s not an act of showing them an error they’ve made… there was no error. They are fully aware of the hypocrisy. They merely choose to be hypocrites.

Pointing it out is like catching a guy who’s cheating at poker. He’s not going to look at it as though you are helping him.

Yep. It’s tribal. It’s all about my team winning, no matter how repulsive my team is, because at the end it’s still my team. I don’t see how we are going to get away from this in a two-party system with the current echo chambers predominant.

Trump was on the ball for Texas, but when it comes to brown Americans?
Then it’s time to bitch about football and not do anything.
