Well, good. America needs to pay a big, big price for this. Our democracy has gone beyond cynicism into degeneracy. A little death and destruction may focus the mind, if we’re lucky.

Hah. If only. He raised taxes on day 1.

Trump’s people are in WAY over their heads. The GOP is finally getting to play out every wet dream they’ve ever had about sticking it to our trade partners, to environmentalists, to global corporations, etc., and we will be the one’s to pay the price.[/quote]

Trump companies start importing more than ever before and mysteriously never pay the tax.

He had a 3 tier offshore nominee/trust structure just to lease a helicopter in Scotland. I bet he has the best money laundering guys in the business.

And we now live in a place where people can’t see the problem with this type of behavior.

When your President is grabbing women by the pussy, what’s a little misogyny in a Facebook post, eh?

So a top Russian intelligence official was arrested and charged with treason, and it looks like he may have been a US intelligence asset.. Given his position in the FSB, it is likely that the intelligence assessments on the Russian election-related hacks referenced information he originated.

Now, I’m not saying that Trump or his team betrayed this guy to Putin. I’m just saying that this arrest is is exactly the kind of thing one would expect to happen if top officials in the new administration were giving information to the Russians.

You think Trump will send the marines to Mexico City for a check?

From the halls of Montezuma…

‘Good Day Philadelphia’ co-host Alex Holley asked Mike Jerrick and two guests on set what Conway meant when she said “alternative facts” earlier in the week. ‘It means she’s good at bullshit,’ replied Jerrick, who has been on television for more than 30 years.”

And Jerrick’s been suspended.

This is pretty much anti conservatism at this point.

It’s just pure nonsensical authoritarianism.

The similarities with Kim Jong-il are striking. He’s constantly bragging and needs everyone else to agree with this brags.

If you folks haven’t seen this yet, it’s a brief glimmer of hope in the darkness. We need more of this, officials publicly standing up to fascism and saying that they will resist:

Thank you so much for posting that, @Rightbug. That was outstanding. There are many good people who will resist the pathetic monster who pretends to lead us.

Looks like Trump found his first target for voter fraud “investigation”.

Talk about being punished for doing your job!

As he waited inside the Delta Sky Lounge at Terminal 2, he approached an employee in her office, according to the DA. She was wearing a hijab.

“Are you [expletive] sleeping? Are you praying? What are you doing?” Rhodes allegedly said to the employee before punching the door, which hit the back of the employee’s chair.

When the employee asked what she’d done to Rhodes to make him angry, he allegedly responded: “You did nothing, but I am going to kick your [expletive].”

But Rhodes still followed her, then got down on his knees and began to bow down, mimicking a Muslim prayer, prosecutors said, and allegedly shouted, “[Expletive] Islam, [expletive] ISIS, Trump is here now. He will get rid of all of you. You can ask Germany, Belgium and France about these kinds of people. You will see what happens.”

Trump’s first presidential pardon?

When people act like that, it is every American’s duty to beat the shit out of them.

I am not joking in even the smallest way.

That is a lovely example of what it means to be patriotic in America.
