I’m not seeing any consequences for Twitch if they ban him for a week or two, then quietly reinstate him. The people who rake in money for Twitch have never been held to the same rules as the rest of us, since the beginning.

It is, but the web twitter client refuses to show me timely things, and I regularly see weather alerts, etc from yesterday show up on my timeline…
There’s a way, in your Twitter options, to display your timeline strictly chronologically. That improved my feed immensely.
