Holsten-Knight is in Sector 06 and his ship Heart of Gold II has these upgrades:
o Tractor Beam: (1x) If you lose but your score is within 10 of your opponent, you may use the jump point.
o Hull Beam: If you win by more than 50 authority, destroy all of your opponent’s upgrades.
o Rarified Fuel: (1x) Use before a game starts. If you win, or lose by 10 or less, find an extra upgrade.

You can use it for game two! But if you play a game three, then the fuel will be wasted.

I didn’t quite catch all the way up. I’m up to post 2832. I think there are 3 results I couldn’t update before it’s time to go out for dinner! Will update later when I get back.

This solves my fuel question. XD I drop the fuel and let the colonists board the ship.
And I will check the board for my number of wins, I think I remember my wins and loss.

This victory is missing in the grid

If I understand correctly, all I can do is choose whether to jettison an existing upgrade in favour of the found Plasma Shield. I will not jettison anything. I do not think I can use my Ambassador at this point (to make space for the second Plasma Shield).

After arriving in my new sector 03 I will use my Ambassador on ankamela for the next match-up that she starts. Happy tracking.

o Volatile Fuel: (1x) Before a game starts, use to jump two sectors if you win that game by at least 50.

Mithrophon finds:
