Not about fair / unfair. Just think it’s silly. If you want to make triggering an upgrade’s use voluntary, make it voluntary. Otherwise, rules are rules regardless of who points to them.

I know what you mean, and agree, actually! But technically, things could get bureaucratically nasty if we keep backtracking to edit stuff. Plus, I want people to be paying attention to their upgrades. That being said, I agree with you in principle.

Don’t know if it’s fair to the other players to give me a do-over on the match. I’ll defer to the judgment of Arbiter Dave, but maybe just count it as a 1-point win, since that would preserve the result but give you the minimal possible tiebreaker benefit.

You got awfully uppity at the end there, making the best of some horrible draw luck early on, but it was an inevitable outcome. Thanks for playing it out.

I think I’ve gotten the Green and Blue bonuses multiple times, but the Red basic only once…
