I don’t know how you can tell. I don’t know that anyone has achieved it officially (?) and we aren’t tracking unofficial achievements, so you’ve got no comparative data.
I don’t have data aside from my own, but I have achieved it twice already. Also, intuition. 50 damage is a ridiculous amount to hit in a single turn…I MAY have done that once or twice in all of my SR games ever. Discarding 3 opponent cards on the last turn can be done but requires the cards and the luck to draw them at the right time, and scrapping your whole starting deck requires all of luck, time, and cards. Finishing a game with 50 life is very doable if you’ve got a good blue engine going.
