Which is a pity as I do not expect to win. I have managed to make it 1-1 so far in our match up but I did need a rather stiff tail wind to achieve that.

I’ve got a couple of completed matches that aren’t on the chart: lost to delirium, won vs ananabtilps. I got my sector jump and upgrade find for the win, it’s just not on the chart. Not sure if the loss got processed, maybe Del knows.

I’ll drop one cannon for the Hi-Res Probe.

Yep, exactly as I expected, once I dropped the Plasma Shield someone destroyed my stuff. So I’ll pick up the Colonists and Gauss Cannon that are floating in my sector (since I dumped them above), now that I have the empty spaces. I should end up with whichever of my current upgrades isn’t randomly trashed, plus the Colonists and Gauss Cannon.

Yellow team, I’m currently parked in sector 7. Do any of you think at this point you’ll end up there? I’m trying to figure out how to maximize our scoring bonuses, and there may be some benefit to all of us ending up in the same sector.

And Dave, can you elaborate on the value of jewels, I’m not sure I get it. I see the 1,3,6,10 etc everywhere now, I don’t see what happens after the 4th jewel. Sorry if I missed it.

I’d presume it just follows that same mathematical progression (5=15, 6=21, 7=28, etc.). Or in other words, congrats to the Yellow Team on winning this month’s event, regardless of how the last few matches play out and whatever sectors everyone ends up in.
