Actually that should be “the shuffler > beatrix” because with the way the cards dropped in the first few turns, I’m not sure it would be possible to lose. First 4 turns: Scouts-plus-2-gold-gambit into Freighter, Fed base, some misc thing, draw both Feds to get Megahauler-gambit to draw it-Command Ship. Props to Beatrix for sticking it out anyway!

Now my SR RNG karma is hosed, and I’ll get smoked in the finals!

I think we took 8 explorers between us in the first few turns, nothing cheap to get a fast start. The shuffler gave me three explorers first, only reason I was the first to the Brain World.

Tied at one! I went the Dave Perkins “buy all the bases” route but it wasn’t enough, especially once ether picked up the Ark.
