I think that’s like 10 series in a row where I’ve started by losing game 1. If I could get a handle on that, oh my gosh what a wonder I’d be!

Dave, it took an amazingly crappy shuffle for you to not win game 1. Game 2 was… weird. I had a 35-point lead, but I knew your deck was a ticking time bomb. It went off.

So far:

ron 1 : bob 2 - plenty of red every game, so each was decided by who was able to grab the most red cards the earliest.
ron 2 : alejandro 0 - game 2 was a dink-fest; neither of us had much firepower
ron 1 : dave 2 - well, the ‘dave 2’ part isn’t official yet, but its one of those games I might as well have resigned after the second shuffle.
