Anyone up for some “fun” games, please challenge me. Any cards. I’m getting tired of going random and being matched with people 40 levels higher than me! I’m DennyA in Star Realms too.

We had 17 people, so I put 5 people in one of the groups. Like last season, everyone has been sorted by their average number of wins over the past 3 seasons. Mithrophon has the best average over that span: 7.0 wins. Beatrix is second with 6.7 wins.

Fantastic game. He was at 35 points with me at 3, then couldn’t kill me two turns in a row while I whittled him down. Very close!!

Star Empires Update
Thraeg’s mighty mothership grinds to a quivering, silent halt. Beatrix savours a few moments, watching with satisfaction as the vanquished behemoth’s orbit decays, its heat shields beginning to glow as it hits atmo one last time.
“Set a course for the Perkins system”, Beatrix orders. “Let’s help Fire mop up the last few survivors”.
Dropping out of warp, Beatrix immediately sights the familiar lines of Fire’s sleek flagship, her fleet arrayed to greet her admiral’s arrival. It is only fitting that they should rule the galaxy together; following a brief squabble during their respective rises to power, they had been staunch allies from the beginning, unstoppable by any foe unlucky enough to cross their paths.
But wait… something is off. All of Fire’s escape pod bays are empty, and a flickering green aurora towards the stern… she’s dead in the water, and core containment is breached! This greeting was staged!
Before Beatrix could react, a flurry of plasma bolts slams into Fire’s crippled flagship, rupturing the core and consuming the ship in a searing green nova.
Dave’s fleet accelerates out of ambush from behind the nearby planet Ananab, a gassy giant whose atmosphere is composed largely of hot air. Beatrix’s bridge darkens as their numbers blot out the light of the dying red sun. “This was to be expected”, Beatrix remarked. “Dave has seen two of his admirals fall before him, he clearly has eyes on a third. Time for a firm reminder of his place in the galaxy!”
