I’ve tried the gambits, and I just don’t like knowing which team will win 3 turns in, which is what happens around 15% of the time. Too randomly beneficial/painful for me.

I’ll stick to losing the old-fashioned way.

Honestly, I was surprised that I won. dditibbs had a seemigly decisive lead throughout the whole game save for the last couple of turns. I had a slow deck mostly focused on purchase power and it seemed like I wouldn’t have time to translate that to damage before getting killed. However, getting the chance to buy a couple of high damage cards and being lucky enough to draw them soon after a reshuffle turned the game around.

I see what people mean about the Gambits. Using both my starting Gambits, I was able to get Brain World like 2 turns into a match.

Some combinations of them are neat and balanced, but some are nuts. They need to add a way to play with the new cards, and leave the Gambits themselves out.
