Again, I say I will play with gambits. Wacky Dave!

Nice game. My deck shuffled and buried all my combat power at the bottom, so I didn’t have enough oomph to get past shang’s outpost during the second and third to last turns. Well played and congratulations to the Mooners.
@clyve, Gambits big time in that last match. If I couldn’t win with the turn one Ark I was going to drop out of the league.
Edit - Gambits for me too Dave!

To the winners, we extend this laurel and hearty handshake.

Purely a case of the RNG working in my favor for once!
Just as a reminder, for the new season, we just challenge the folks in our row/color, right?
And I’m also cool with Gambits; sorry to make you edit the chart AGAIN, Dave.

You can mark me for Gambits on the next update.
The rules of play can always be found in the original post.
Lemme know, folks, if as you play you like my Gambits house rule ideas:
- No playing both Gambits cards on the same turn.
- No Gambit cards may be played until after the first shuffle.

I think playihg both on the same turn idea is great. Using them after the first shuffle seems easy to accidentally break, specially when you have 6 games going at once.

Congrats to the Mooners on the inaugural Team Championship. Like any good Captain I blame my team for their overall shitty performance and inability to deliver Ws as their leader did.
Good point!
I wish that I weren’t a captain so that I could play for you! :)
Bobm, can we restart? As my very first move, I double-tapped a gambit to read the fine print, inadvertently playing it. I wish these guys could agree on UI methodology & standards!

No problem, scottagibson.
Please do categorize me as open to playing with Gambits.
I’m neutral on the house-rules, I don’t object to them and understand them but don’t care if they aren’t applied either
I’m just wondering if people will keep the house rules in mind as they play. They aren’t actual rules! Just thoughts maybe for next season.

I hate to throw a monkey wrench (especially since I’m not playing this season), but if the house rule is you can’t play both gambits on the same turn, what is the penalty for doing so? I can imagine forgetting, or misclicking. You can’t roll back, so what do you do if someone makes this mistake? Start over? Forfeit? Maybe it depends on the score, or what turn it was?
