There are 22 people who want to play in Season 13, and I’m struggling to see how to make the teams work with such a damned weird number. We currently have five teams, so that would be 20 people with 2 extra. I can’t figure out what to do with the 2 extra people.

I have an idea in mind for something weird and new that we could try for Season 13, and then return to our teams for Season 14. Or does someone have an idea of how we can manage 22 people and stick with the teams?

If a couple people are bored with the pace and want to play lots of games, you could double-shift them on two different rows and have them play both schedules in parallel to get to 24 players.

I would put their alter egos on separate teams. That would be awkward if both teams make the playoffs, but it’s preferable to the advantage a team would get by cloning their best player.

But I’m also fine with doing something weird and new.

I felt a lot more connected under the old divisions than with the teams, but I’ll play another season however you swing it (making 23… some improvement that is)

Thanks, good game! You got a pretty threatening early points lead but getting a couple of green heavy hitters + Brain World turned the game in my favor.
