They should be locking down the guilds soon, and I’ve had some password reset issues with the site, but looking at the Navy guild just now I notice that there’s an applicant named “OldLost” and I don’t know who they are.

Hopefully you’ll see this before the shut 'er down and I’ll accept your app, otherwise we’ll just do it live!

I was messing around this weekend and was creating new characters to see how their class quests start and to check out their voices. I made a Jedi Consular who started in-game naked. He couldn’t take the initial taxi out of the noob area so there was no way to actually do anything with him (quitting and relaunching the client fixed it though).

Even though I looked like the Hulk, sadly, I had no hulk powers.

Body type 4 for males kind of annoys me. it is just kind of jarring seeing these HUGELY overweight sith in a culture where they embrace seizing on any weakness people have and using it to bring them down.

I could understand it if they were rare (a rare few had force powers so strong that even being obese noticeably affect them), but there seems to be tons of sith lords like that in the sith warrior story.

Sith warrior does get some hulkish abilities though. They can do some hulk smash, kick and backhand people. Unlike the kotor games, their lightsaber style is more based on brute force as well.

They’re squat and heavy, but the definition of the musculature means they certainly aren’t obese.

The one i noticed most was that one sith lord who is kind of senile and believes some dog alien is related to the force somehow, so he is spending all of his time dissecting them.

He did not look squat and heavy, he looked fat and out of shape. I know he has the force and all, but am i really supposed to take this scary sith lord seriously when he looks so harmless?

Once you put clothing/armor on them, it covers up their muscles and they just look fat as well.

Same is true of female body type 4 in certain clothing types. In some cutscenes my Sith Warrior’s ass looked like it was about to develop into a singularity.

I just got a mail from Amazon stating the release was moved to the 15th of December but general play would only be available from the 20th. Early access would start on the 15th if you already registered. Earlier release? Really? Is that a first in MMO history?

I know that, I mean the release date was pushed from the 25th to the 15th. Early access was scheduled for a round the 20th and now seems to be starting on the 15th too with final access on the 20th already instead of the 25th. So the release date is earlier then planned.

Release was always scheduled for the 20th and early access was scheduled for the 15th. I’m not sure where you’re getting the 25th date from. At least that’s the way it was in the US, and IIRC they were doing the same thing in Europe. It’s certainly possible Amazon screwed up the dates, but the 20th and early access on the 15th have always been the Bioware dates.
