Geez, good investment. I do have a WoW CE, but the account was used, so prob has little value. I do have an unopened WoW Burning Crusade CE that I should probably sell, since I’m sure it’s of more value to someone else. I’ll probably open my SWTOR CE though since everyone here seems to think the game is worthwhile.

It appears to be dropping for me at least at a rate of about 100 every 15 minutes- heh at this rate I hope I get home before it pops!
20 now. Took about 1 hour from my drop to reconnect.
Sorry, I’m a bit of a debbie downer here, but are queues normal in MMOs these days? How is that acceptable for a game you’re paying a subscription fee for?
Harbinger is exponentially worse than any other server in the game right now. All day today I have seen it at double or triple the wait time for all the others.
Looks like you can upgrade your unexciting generic peasant edition to a digital deluxe luxury gourmet edition now.
The “No thanks” links make me think standard edition owners are going to get prompted with this once the game has launched.
I’m assuming they’ll be addressing that because you’re right.
No, queues longer than about 15 minutes are not acceptable in a MMO in the long term.
Hopefully bioware will do something about this before the holidays or it will be completely unplayable. The game isn’t even released yet!

Why the hell are people so impatient…especially with something that could be around for years.
I’ve read things like “OMG…I cant get in 3 days early with my friends to level with them”…WHAT???..if you are in the damn game for a long time, you will level quick enough…stop whining.
or, “OMG…i will get ganked by a 30 because I got in the Early Access two days after everyone else”…WHAT??? A MMO is supposed to be played for a LOOONG time…months, years…
Insane.
The bad news is I’m in a queue of about 400 people.
The good news is that I’m getting over 100 FPS while I’m starting at the server selection screen!
I’m looking forward to tomorrow. I’m hoping they’ll let me in finally. (dec 15 pre-order)

So far other then the long ass queues it has been a great launch. The game is running like a champ.
Yes… I said long term because having short term queue problems that are fixed is acceptable.
The fact that it isn’t even released and they are having these problems points to the servers being completely unplayable when the game is released if no steps are taken before then though, which does worry me.

I am so doing this tomorrow. When I pre-ordered from Amazon, this was not an option. I could get the standard edition or the CE but not the middle tier.
This strikes me as a more likely reason. Good to hear it’s going well and people are enjoying it-- I was expecting it to be a massive disappointment.
I’m not sure if you were replying to me (if so, thanks), but I just wanted to clarify that I ordered a physical copy from Origin and was hoping for news about shipping dates. I would think if Bioware can talk Amazon into shipping early, they could do the same for Origin, especially since they are both part of EA.
