And the final tally is:
Day 1:
Dawn of War 2: Retribution - I don’t know why I keep buying these when I haven’t put much time into any of them yet. I want to, and they sound great, but I just never get around to them…
Day 2:
Puzzle Agent 2 - Not really part of the sale, but I was interested in the first one and it came for free with the sequel.
Gratuitous Space Battles pack - I already own it and the first couple expansions, but this was a cheaper way to get the whole set.
Railworks Canadian National DLC - Yes, I am now officially part of the problem… I’ve still only spent less than $8 total on Railworks 2 and hey, it’s an iconic train for those of us who grew up out west and often saw them along the highways, at crossings, etc.
Day 3:
Darksiders - Wasn’t really blown away by the videos I saw of it, but for $5 it’s worth a shot.
Football Manager 2011 - Yeah, the new one’s probably out within a few months, but I’m mainly just curious and looking to get my feet wet.
Day 5:
F:NV Honest Hearts DLC - Haven’t even started F:NV yet, but may as well grab the DLC for cheap whenever I can.
M&B: With Fire and Sword - Might regret this one after reading some more, but it was cheap, and might still be worth some fun even if it’s not the preferred entry.
Day 6:
King Arthur: Druids and Saxons DLC
Civ 5: Denmark DLC
Again, games I haven’t put much time into, but expect to enjoy enough that I may as well grab the DLC when it’s cheap.
Day 8:
Sanctum - Almost entirely by the word-of-mouth here, so this better be good… shakes fist
Tomb Raider: Underworld - I’d almost forgotten I hadn’t picked this one up yet, after enjoying Legend quite a bit.
Final day:
Railroad Tycoon Collection - I’d been meaning to try these out for ages now, but couldn’t really find any consensus as to which was best, so I may as well get the whole set.
For a total cost of roughly $85, which is on the low end for me when it comes to these sales.
