The Banks/Utopia update is sounding almost like Stellaris 2, rather than a mere expansion pack. I’m really liking where they are going. If the game could be accused of being dry before, it seems like they are adding oodles of flavor in the form of interesting and thematic game mechanics.
It’s not my fault! Blame Utah drivers who go two weeks without snow and suddenly forgot how to drive in the stuff. :)
