“Get a Dog” was my favorite.
Clydesdales good as usual.
Moose head on the wall was funny.
I never really care much for the ads (or, at least, not since I was 12), but I was amused by the Cash4Gold.com advert with Ed McMahon (who looks like a lich) and MC Hammer.
There was a few good ones, Bud Light and Monster.com stand out.
Worst by far was the Careerbuilders one. Fail!
I got a kick out of the Miller Light one second commercials, as gimmicky as they were. They were definately memorable which is the whole point :p

myself and most of the people at the gathering i was at thought the careerbuilders one was one of the best. Couldn’t stop laughing, the whole room was laughing louder and louder as it went.
I also liked the 1 sec High Life commercial

While SuperBowl is aired over here (in the middle of the night) we obviously don’t get the commercials too.

Careerbuilder was by far the funniest if you work anywhere having issues right now (isn’t that everywhere?)
The Bridgestone commercial was funny as well. I didn’t get the weird but technically cool Coca-cola commercials though. It seemed like a lot of money for something that strange.
My wife and I thought the gold selling commercial was the funniest, especially once you realize that both McMahon and MCHammer are people who’ve had serious money problems in recent times.
I thought overall it was a pretty bad year for the ads, but I guess that isn’t surprising. And wtf is up with SoBe so obviously ripping off Geico?
The Denny’s commercial with the mob guys in the restaurant was my favorite.
I think my favorite was the Hulu commericial with Alec Baldwin as played by Jack Donaghey.
I liked the one with the koala being punched. Though that could be because I once saw a gorilla get mauled by a koala. The thing tore its arm clean off.*

I think my favorite ones were the Doritos crystal ball one and the Bud Light one with Conan.
I couldn’t understand why all the job websites went with the angle of “if your job sucks, come get a new one!” Or maybe that was just CareerBuilder. Have they looked outside recently? Not really the best time to be taking a career risk, and no mention of signing up to look for one if you’re currently unemployed. Duh!
I think one of them actually said “There’s never been a better time to find a great job.” Which makes a lot of sense, if by “better” they mean “worse.”

Wait though, didn’t that commercial feature koala punching? That’s got to be about as far from failure as a commercial could be.
