More context to what @BennyProfane said: there is a lot of speculation, and when it first came up uncertainty. There is ongoing legal procedures, but until those completed we didn’t want to discuss and make accusations, given the disturbing nature of the claims, in case internet sleuthing was wrong. So the decision was made to not discuss the matter until any legal proceedings finished.
