I hate Bama and LSU, but I respect defense, and both of these teams MASHED every other team they played this year. They just can’t score against each other.

I admit it’s boring if you like flag football, but this is big boy football. USC is going to be at this level real soon, (defense wise), so you may have some more fun next year.

Bama should have won the first game agains LSU, Miles hasn’t been able to let his crazy loose against Saban’s robots tonight. Better coaching is beating (slightly) better athletes.

And Bama and LSU would have scored easily against OSU. The SEC scores easily against other conference teams, look at the bowl records and out of conference scoring by the SEC during the regular season.

OSU beat better ranked teams throughout the season then Alabama did and won their conference. That is why they should have been in the game and are one of the top 2 teams in the country.

Why are you talking about OSU? The team in question is Oklahoma St. The other point is that the SEC argued that a team that just got beat by the other team doesn’t deserve a second shot in a bowl game, and the lower rated team should be given the chance. LSU can’t beat the same team twice, nor Alabama? I don’t see why either team should be national champ given they dodged Oklahoma State. Split championship seems to be the only way to handle it.

LSU flicked Oregon and West Virginia away like fleas. Clearly the best two teams in the nation, boring to watch against each other, fun as hell to watch against so called high power offense teams from other conferences.

Bama will drop off next season, LSU will actually be better. I predict an LSU-USC BCS title game next year.
