I’ll be staying on in KillScribble. Not joining new games at the moment, though.

Thanks to those who offered to take over.

Managed to kill perkins!

Of course, it was not what we usually think and far less satisfying than one would imagine,

but any killed perkins is a good perkins.

I entertained my wife with this story. :)

I had to go to page THREE to find this thread?

Scribble is, of course, rapidly expanding and bashing into his neighbors with his usual aplomb. Most of us are sitting at an underwhelming number of provinces. I blame stupid arrows. Lots of lucky stupid arrows have ended my poor priests’ lives. Of course, it’s only later that I realized that my scripting was sending them into the field of fire, but hey, live and learn.

The Jag factory is rolling, though, so soon you’ll be overwhelmed with kitty cats!

Heh, yeah I hear ya! I almost couldn’t find it!

It looks like your BF game may be ending soon, Nate. Kat just won a big battle at Abysia’s cap. Abysia invaded Arco’s cap that Kat owned, but doesn’t appear to be able to siege any time soon. Hopefully they can hold out til I can cancel my pact to try to make a move also.

Just holler when ready to get the random game rolling. I tend to be slow to test so the more time I get the better with a map/nation in hand before game start :).

In case you’re unaware, there’s a somewhat simpler way to find a thread you’ve subscribed to that hasn’t been posted to in a while:

Click on “User CP” in the upper-left corner of this page, and then “List Subscriptions” in the left margin of that page.

If you already know this, then…like…whatever!

But then I wouldn’t be able to happen upon the scintillating threads for other games that I want to own really badly.

Any reason we’re moving so slowly on Kill scribble?

You should read Calahan’s rules for one of the games on the other dominions forum. There’s a section about not pressuring players into taking their turns earlier than they have to that I thoroughly agree with. I know I’m pressed for time in my life right now. I imagine others are as well. If someone needs the turn timer, then let them have it. Better not to rush them or make them feel like they’re letting the rest of the players down.

Besides, wahoo’s about to attack me due to my aggressive border negotiations. I’d like to give him plenty of time to reconsider a war that would devastate the both of us.

Kill Scribble

I think the pace has been decent, taking into consideration that we have players from Europe and Australia as well, and diplomacy being on.

Just a simple question, not intended to pressure or provoke. Maybe it’s the lack of public discourse, or maybe it’s just my little corner of the world that seems to be moving slowly…lol, maybe it just means i need to find a neighbor ;)

Considering I have four including Scribble, wahoo, dfs, and last game’s winner, Austen…yeah, go find a neighbor :) Apparently you ended up in a sweet starting location.

information there.

The war between agartha and pythia has warmed up. Agartha is now next to our capitol. Things look bleak for the second empire.

Out of town till Sunday.

I just checked the numbers. Somehow my province count didn’t go up. Who attacked me? The frustration of getting a turn at work. :(

Or am I somehow not remembering how many provinces I had last turn?

I am going to be travelling a decent bit the next couple days with significant downtime. When Crooked Trunk ended, there was some interest in an AAR. I haven’t had a chance to do anything with it, but I prob could now. But I wanted to see if folks were still interested or if minds had moved on to other things. If folks are still interested, I will make one, if not, I can find other things to do I am sure :)
