Dang it. I knew that was wrong but I still can’t think of the name. I’m close though, I’m zeroing in on it.

It looks more like a “we’re monitoring the situation Mr. President!” with the clock counting down from 24 hours in the background.

Wasn’t Jeffrey Jones in that John Ritter movie about getting sucked into the TV? Stay Tuned, I think.

Stay Tuned for the new 20:20” is what you’ll be saying because you are correct!

DAMN!!! You just offhandedly pulled that out and here I was struggling to remember the name of it.

This sorta looked like a frame from one of those Austin Powers sequences where they’re cutting quickly between scenes of different people talking about Dr. Evil’s phallic spaceship appearing on their radar.

Thanks to @Skipper for loosening the lid for me.

New 20

Phantom Thread?

Good guess, but no.

Brooklyn?

Nah man, no thanks needed, you nailed that while I struggled to remember the damn plot. I think I’m killing my movie trivia skills with alcohol.

Pearl Harbor?

Not Brooklyn, not Pearl Harbor

Brighton Rock?

Yes it is Brighton Rock…Sam Riley, Helen Mirren, Andrea Riseborough, great supporting cast, an updated adaptation of a classic Graham Greene novel to the 1950s mods and rockers era. Interesting idea, execution is lacking here and there (and Riley will never live up to the Attenborough, sadly) but there are definitely some compelling and moody scenes. Liked, didn’t quite love.

You have the conn, Mr. @Woolen_Horde.

The game is afoot!

This isn’t Last Night in Soho is it? It reminds me of the room the main character rents, but the light is all wrong.

Damn. Good catch! It is indeed Last Night in Soho.

You’re up!

We really enjoyed this movie for some reason. Though I feel like the ending could have been … different. Tighter maybe? I dunno. The beginning was great as was her dream sequences and the blur into reality. But it had me at Anna Taylor-Joy being cast. I really have liked her a lot since Queen’s Gambit.

I have to agree with @Woolen_Horde , catching this from the first frame was an amazing guess, @ArtVandelay .
