That was impressive! I could dredge up twenty films that would have a hospital shot like that.
It showed up on Framed recently, and there was a We Hate Movies episode on it last month as well, so it was the first place my mind went when seeing 70s/80s hospital.
Looks like Scott Adkins in The Debt Collector.
As an avid Adkins appreciator, that was pretty low-hanging fruit. :)
