The color palate reminds me of Sunless Sea. Though I’ve not played myself I don’t think it had a targeting circle like that, but I’ve got no better.

Glowing Blob Wars 2: The Blobbening?
I know this one, or rather I should. It was on my wishlist for a while, took it off because the gameplay wasn’t quite what I expected. Nice looking 2d indie game but seemed like hard work! Now if only I could remember what it was called.
That’s a really generous screenshot, and I don’t have a clue. Looks like a turn-based puzzle game, with those faint grid lines all around.
Naaa. Looks more like an underwater metroidvania…

I think that´s an indie 1 vs 1 strategy game (I can see the red controlled area) where you win by pushing some sort of fluid around?
Or that what it looks like to me… I have no idea what game it is…

Hmh, I’d be surprised if this one goes un-guessed. It’s not like it’s some super obscure Japanese game or anything, although I guess it hasn’t sold in huge numbers.
Man, I know what that is. I remember watching a video demonstration of it by the developers. I just can’t remember the name. Argh!
