It did have that color palette as I recall. I really liked that game at the time. BTW, fun fact: the skirmish mode of that game is credited as having been a major inspiration for the MOBA genre.

Those selections boxes do look like one of the games in the Earth series. So I’ll say Earth 2150 ;)
It is G-Police.
Even if I live in Spain, I have an American PSN account (due to having lived in the States for quite a while and not wanting to switch account and lose my content. Also, it’s cheaper). The only time I regretted it was when I realized G-Police is in the EU PSN as a PS classic and not on the US PSN…

I recognised those Psygnosis-style vehicle models first, but I have fond memories of G-Police.
