I tried to play it recently, and it’s one of those situations where I wish I’d played it back in the day, it probably would have been amazing. Now, though, without the magic of being something completely new and mysterious, I found it hard to be motivated by it. One day, when I have more time, I’ll give it another shot.

Speaking of shots, I’d better go get some.

[Nevermind. Too late!]

Sorry guys, I have to head to bed before I collapse. I can post a new shot in about 8 hours, but if you can’t wait that long then go for it - Kelan was closest.

Doh! So close!

I typed out Ultima IV and then figured I would google some screenshots just to make sure it wasn’t III or V. I outsmarted myself!

Bah, finally a game I’d have gotten instantly and I wasn’t paying attention. =/

Well my screenshot function is Steam appears to have stopped working; I’m getting nothing but black screens from it. Hmmm. I may have to resort to online screen shots! (the horror)

I found the steam community page for a game to be a good place to look for screenshots.

Ok, I found one similar to what I was going for. It’s the most obscure title I could possibly find, just to really annoy Rob.

Now Rob will have to wonder whether I am winding him up or not.

Xenonauts?

Fate of the World?

Nuts. That’s right where my brain went too.

Deus Ex?

In homage to the recent conversation, I’ll say Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.

This is why I don’t choose mainstream games, they’re way too obvious. :) Although I thought it might get to the next image…

Yes, this is Deux Ex, the admittedly rather iconic scene right at the end of the game.

I actually very nearly choose the first Modern Warfare. ;)

Or the beginning.

Your appointment to FEMA should be finalized within the week. I’ve already discussed the matter with the senator.

I wouldn’t have gotten it :-)

D’oh! No wonder.

I’ll have to wait to post a new one until after I get some sleep. Expect one around 9-10 am EST.

And here we go!
