I think it was the border you had on the left side in the last image that made it ‘click’. :)

Guess I’ll have to dig out my photo editor and make some images. Just a quick re-read of the rules to do it right. Give me a little time please :)

Part of what threw me off was the location. I never did get up to fear nor fight Cazic Thule before back during the old UI days. I guess that is a crested helm on that guy? Funny thing is I just got one of those on the progressive servers a few months ago, heh.

Also, those spell icon slots I totally forgot about and didn’t look right at first to me being empty. I wonder what whip that guy would be using. I was going to say Revultant Whip, but can’t be a ranger with those skills. Hmm, didn’t those amygdalan dudes drop some whip for warriors?

I’m fairly certain it’s one of the Alien Breeds. The ammo counter is what gives it away for me, followed by the font.

So I’ll guess Alien Breed 3: Tower Assault ;)

I haven’t a clue which one it is. They’re basically all the same, except in AB3:TA I think you could control an alien character who had a gun? Infact I suspect it’s AB1 as you start in a hanger bay in that one, but you’ve already claimed that guess :P

Sorry about the delay, but I had to test both Alien Breed and Alien Breed’92 Special Edition to see if there were any differences, but in terms of what I displayed there were none, so victory goes to Geggis :-)

There totally is a difference!

The floor and nosecone are different colours. It also explains why, when replaying Alien Breed on the PC it didn’t look exactly like my brain remembered – I’d been playing the AB 92 SE!

Also none of those match your image, which I guess is the DOS one? Who knows.

I’ll do an image tomorrow morning – it’s midnight right now.
