It’s not a scan, I used Greenshot to take a screenshot of a screenshot. That’s probably why it looks so washed out.

If they are lightsabers, it can only be a scene from climactic battle during Attack of the (terrible movie) Clones, as that is the only place you will see that many at one. Hence, not eligible for this thread. Unless it was emulated in a terrible spin-off game, I guess.
