Pretty sure it’s a F111, Tornadoes tend to have more shit under the wings. Something about the silhouette screams 111 to me. Doesn’t look “chunky” enough to be a Tornado. Looks more like the slimmer lines of the 111. Tough, it could be an Su24 for that matter.
As far as the game. Hell if I know.
Edit: Actually screw the whole Frame Game thing, tell us if it’s a F111 or not. :)

Well, shit. MiG-23? It’s got that fat tail. If it isn’t that, I haven’t a clue and will just feel stupid later.
Maybe it’s not a flight sim at all - after all, I just saw a scene in Dying Light with a bunch of jets in it. Hmm… the art style is very precise, but the aliasing on the distant aircraft (whatever it may be) looks sort of low res. The sky looks like a texture there, too, so it’s possibly a bit dated. I have no idea.

Gonna guess World in Conflict, with the jet being part of an air support strike and those diagonal streaks being artillery trails.

ShivaX gets the plane close enough for me to call it a hit. It’s the ground attack version of the MiG-23, the MiG-27.
Amazingly, Otagan has gotten the game right. so that’s it for me :) GG. Will post the other shots later tonight if you guys still want 'em.

Oh, I want the final shot at the very least. Played that game to death back in the day and it’s fun to look back on it.
