Trump just accused Clinton of abusing drugs during the debate and said they should have her to take a drug test before the next one.[/quote]
The Trumpers are directly connected with the messages from infowars now.

Aimee Mann writes a song from Trump’s perspective. Though it suffers from being far too eloquent and intelligible.
Feh, hit job. God he’s such a fucking baby.
Well SNL is transparently pro-Hillary at this point, so in a sense he’s right.
The media is coming after Trump hard now, not IMO because they are ‘teh bias’ but because he is legitimately fucking awful and (some) people in the media are adults. But my view on this point is a mirror-universe to what Trump supporters believe – almost impossible to communicate across that looking-glass.

At the last minute self-preservation usually wins out.
My love for Aimee Mann has just reached new heights.

Actually they take plenty of shots at Hillary. From her health to her “coaching” of the audience, to her manipulative nature etc. Hillary is an easy target as the career politician but Trump provides them with much better material and in copious amounts. The thing is, there is just so much about Trump that is horrible that it looks tame for Hillary by comparison and that makes Trump comedy gold.
The other thing is that the press has coddled Trump’s antics for a long time and he continuously took shots at them anyway. He eventually crossed the line and now they are fighting back. Now SNL is a bit of a different story, since they are a satirical comedy show and Trump just makes it sooo damned easy but now the mainstream media is taking their shots as well. To be honest he can whine and howl all he wants but most of this lies at his own feet.

All I want to know is did Alec hump a chair?
Light shots. Also look at the Weekend Update segment, which is turning into a light version of Seth Meyer’s ‘Closer Look.’
They’re pro Hillary not just because they’re New York liberals but because they’re sane human beings.
Yeah, it’s easy to forget but from the very beginning of the primaries he would spend several minutes of practically every rally goading the crowd about how the journalists in the room were terrible people.

Oh I dont disagree, Im just pointing out that Trump is in a big way responsible for providing them with such great opportunities, that no matter what shots they take at Hillary, they will look tame in comparison. Donald practically writes their material for them.
Trump is self-parodying. In 2012, if SNL had used Trump’s actual words and placed them in Romney’s mouth. I would have complained that they were being unfair. The best parodies are modest exaggerations of the person’s words or actions. I think everything SNL has done fits that criteria this year.

I mean, that’s basically all SNL political jokes since the beginning of the show. Take something the candidate does or has said and exaggerate it. Look at Chevy Chase’s famous Ford skits. It was literally “Ford is clumsy, so he falls down a lot”. There wasn’t much else to the skits at all. Ford tripped a couple times, lets do skits about Ford falling down while putting up a Christmas tree cause, haha, he’s clumsy. End Joke.
Trump starts at beyond the pale. They’re barely even exaggerating, an exaggeration almost doesn’t matter because his normal state is far more than any one would normally think to exaggerate. It’s too far out there to be a viable joke. But that’s where Real World Trump actually fucking is.

Honestly? I didn’t find the latest skit very funny. But I’m probably out of the demographic they aim for. I haven’t watched any of the stuff from the first season recently. I don’t smoke weed anymore. YMMV.

Trump in the last debate after like he was parodying Alec Baldwin. He was just as over the top as the parody. It’s nuts.
Yeah, next weekend Alec should just do an “impression” using exactly Trump’s words and gestures from debate 3; it will still come across as parody.
