Wait, Did he say “650 million”? How did he land on that figure (the 650) twice this weekend? Apparently he claimed last night at a rally in NM that the FBI found, on the Weiner laptop, all 33,000 missing/deleted Hillary emails among, get this, 650,000 emails total.

Does that figure, 650,000 raise eyebrows? I’m trying to crunch the numbers on how long it would take and how much space would be needed to circulate and store over a half-million emails on a single laptop by one or two people? I mean, I’m amazed Weiner even had time to snap a few dick picks with all that emailing.

Completely made up number. Also completely outside what’s probably there RE: Clinton. As I understand it was only certain Clinton emails forwarded there to print out later. So figure a subset of the originals, and even then, a subset that needed to be printed. Certainly NOT 33,000. That’s my IT take anyway.

I’m just guessing, but that is probably based on her closed door ‘dream’ of a borders-free Americas, and that number seems like about the population of North, Central, and South America minus those in the US already. So maybe he is just speculating that everyone in this hemisphere will emigrate to the Great USA in a week. Totally reasonable.
So, Clinton has said the US should take in 65,000 Syrian refugees. I can’t find a link, but the 650,000 emails number sounds like what I read in one of the articles this weekend. Of course, not all of them are related in any way to Clinton, and most of them are probably spam. I have about 15,000 saved emails in gmail, which I’ve been using for less than 10 years. It wouldn’t surprise me at all to learn that I’ve received 50 spam or unimportant emails for every one I’ve saved, even though I’m pretty lax about the rules for saving them. So the idea that I might have received or sent 650,000 total emails in a decade doesn’t seem that far-fetched and this is just the private email of one person who isn’t in politics. Of course, this assumes that they mean all emails that passed through the machine and could potentially be reconstructed from that. If they mean archived or stored emails, then I’m at a loss for how they ended up with that many unless they don’t delete spam.
How Trump turned 65,000 refugees into 650 million immigrants, I have no idea. It is remotely possible that someone added up all of the people in the western hemisphere not in the US (which is something like 630 million by my quick googling) and told Donald that her open borders would give 650 million people access to the US (even though that isn’t what she meant), and he then extrapolated that to bringing all those people into the US.
