At what point do they finally have to own up to Trump without using Hillary in a sentence?

But remember, Clinton was totally a great candidate.

In fairness to Clinton though, the rage against her is really not founded in reality.
Ask those who hate her to explain why, and they will either cite outright lies, or things which is has been objectively proven that Trump has clearly find himself to a greater degree.
By and large, most of her “fans” that I’ve met have been pretty consistent in that she was an incredibly qualified candidate, but that doesn’t mean “great.”

Sure, but ultimately that’s irrelevant. It’s literally politics, if you’re not well liked, you don’t want to be running for office.
She would have been better served in Cabinet positions and the like, where her likability isn’t a factor and her ability can do the most good.
And on paper she was more than qualified, but on paper means jack shit when it comes to elections. You have to actually win.
Yes. Again, most people weren’t claiming she was a great candidate, at least not that I heard.
I wonder what percentage would have said that about making sure Obama didn’t become President in '08. I also wonder how many folks really voted for McCain for that reason but wouldn’t have told an interviewer for the sake of not sounding racist.

A fair amount, but the GOP brand was incredibly stained in '08. There are quite a few stories at the time of openly racist people saying they were going to vote for Obama.

Well, you sure as heck didn’t vote for Hillary
It’s pretty obvious you had/have a “anyone but Hillary, I don’t care how bad they are” attitude about it. Doesn’t matter that you may not have vote for him, you were damn happy he won because he isn’t Hillary and isn’t a Democrat (as is obvious in your post-election morning gloat-post)

I find it difficult to grasp the position which votes for a candidate, and then is ashamed to admit it. I suppose it could be some sort of buyer’s remorse at this point, but given that nothing has changed since November 7th in regards to Trump, I find that strange.

Let’s leave poor Polandball out of this. And maybe next time not direct mention people whose contribution is… that?
Congratulations on your pyrrhic victory.

Despite who you voted for, it was a binary election. Trump or Hillary. Yeah there were other people on the ballot, but they weren’t going to win. In the binary equation, if you wanted Hillary to lose at all cost, if meant that you were perfectly fine with Trump winning, no matter his flaws. Your post-election post wasn’t a grudging “he was the lesser of two evils” it was “yeah, take that, Democrats! Let’s see how you like being F’d in the A for 4 years”. And, for some reason, numerous mentions of “smoking blunts”.
You are fixated on this “I didn’t vote for him”…thing. The post you replied to had nothing to do with who you voted for. The comment directed to you was: He (Trump) can do and say whatever he wants, and people like @Klaatu will support it anyway, because “It’s not Killary! It serves those evil libtards right! This will teach them a lesson!”.
At first I thought it was unfair to have that comment directed at you out of nowhere. Then I reread your post and, yeah, it’s a fair summary of what was posted. Admittedly, I don’t believe the post ever said who you voted for.
Is “Don’t Blame Me, I Didn’t Vote For Him (or her either)” going to be the new hot-selling bumper sticker?
I hope it’s “Don’t blame me, I didn’t vote!” because then I will know exactly whom to drag from their vehicle and beat some sense into.
I don’t agree with @Klaatu’s particular worldview, but I respect the fact that he actually voted. I don’t blame anyone who voted for the outcome of this election. Even people that voted for Trump did so because they thought they were making an informed decision and supporting a candidate for whatever reasons they deemed important. They performed their civic duty as is their right, so I’m not going to “blame” them for it. My blame is reserved for all the people who knew there was even a slim chance Donald Fucking Trump could become President of the Untied States, and sat at home watching Survivor anyway. FUCK THOSE PEOPLE. *

If you have the time and inclination (I don’t blame you if you do not), can you detail what policies of the Obama administration really screwed you over? Was it Obamacare, or something else? I’m honestly curious and would like to understand your situation and perspective.
That’s big of you. I absolutely blame Trump voters. Best case they were conned, worst case they’re bigoted neo-fascists. Either way, I am ashamed of the American electorate. Any sane population would have run that shabby two-bit huckster out of town on a rail. Instead we’ve given him the nuclear codes.
