Who’s paying for the wall? MEXICO!! No, wait, we are. We’re paying for the fucking wall. Which all of us sane folks knew already but I doubt many Trump supporters care that he flat out lied about that as well.

I give him a week before he blames “Mexico will pay for it” on the media.
One of his tweets caused Toyota to lose $1.2bn on Tuesday. They still haven’t fully recovered as of market close today.
Mr Trump was confused about the location of the new plant. Toyota had first announced plans for a new plant in Mexico in April 2015 - but in Guanajuato city.
Mr Trump was seemingly responding to comments made by Toyota Motor president Akio Toyoda at an auto industry event that the company was still forging ahead with plans to up production in Mexico.
“We will consider our option as we see what policies the incoming president adopts,” he said.
Honda president and CEO Takahiro Hachigo added: “We produce cars in Mexico for markets including North America and Europe and we have no immediate plan to change this.”
Mr Trump responded there was “no way” the move was going to happen.
“Build plant in US or pay big border tax!” he tweeted.
Mr Trump sent the tweet at 1.14pm ET, and within minutes the share price of the $200 billion market capitalisation company plummeted. Shortly before New York stock markets closed on Thursday, the share price had not recovered and were down from pre-tweet by 0.5 per cent

So grab as much as you feel comfortable, say $10K and start playing the Trump market. When he tweets something negative, wait a few hours util they start to bottom out & buy. Then in 2-3 days sell it.
Rinse / Repeat, you could triple your money in a year.
Wait, why else do you think Trump is doing this?! :/

It’s remarkable if you think about it. If Trump tried to actually do anything officially then he would face reciprocal tariffs in return. But why bother with that when he can cause a company to lose a billion dollars in value with a simple tweet? Is there any way a normal country could respond to that? Is a can a tweet be considered as an official action in this global economy?
You laugh, but Trump tweet trading strategies are real.
New hire spends time tweeting TV trivia instead of on new job. Pathetic! You’re fired.
I dont understand this, Im not sure if the article is poorly written or what? As far as i can tell they are not moving or shutting down a factory in the US but just building a second one in Mexico. Or is it that the Donald is confused thinking that Baja California is in the US and not Mexico.
It’s Donald being confused and assuming any talk of a big multi-national building a factory in Mexico means they must be relocating from the US instead of just, you know, building a new factory.

US companies owned by anyone other than Trump aren’t allowed to have foreign assets though.
What about foreign companies (Toyota)? Apparently under Trump, they aren’t allowed to own foreign assets either

Lol, yeah, I realized what I typed afterwards but figured leaving it as is would only help show just how absurd his thinking is.

I don’t want to be “that guy”…but that Toyota news story is just silly and over-reactive. The stock lost 0.6% of its value for a little bit and is down 0.39% today overall. Yesterday, without any Trump tweets, it closed down 0.62%. Where was the “Toyota plummets $1.3 billion in value with no Tweets from anyone!” headline? Or how about the 3 previous days, where the stock increased for 3 days straight, adding almost $5 billion in market cap value?
They did the same thing with Boeing. The headlines scream “Trump tweet causes Boeing to lose almost $1 billion in value!”…which equated to a less than 1% decrease in stock price. Boeing has moved more than that 3 out of the last 7 trading days with no help from “Trump tweets”.
I’m all for calling Trump out for the stupid shit he does and says. But these headlines about stock prices “plummeting” based on his tweets are sensationalist at best and false news at worst.
